California High School Basketball - Dougherty Valley holds off Alameda

The Dougherty Valley Wildcats basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Alameda Hornets to 41 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Livermore for a game on Tuesday, January 21.
With the loss, Alameda falls to 9-3 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Berkeley (Berkeley, CA) to confront the Yellowjackets in a game on Thursday, January 9. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a record of 9-1.
