In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish basketball team scored a good 48-40 triumph over the Brandywine Bobcats.
The Fighting Irish (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Galesburg-Augusta (Galesburg, MI). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record.
In their next game, the Bobcats confront the New Buffalo Bison (New Buffalo, MI) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. Brandywine will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Bison go into the contest with a 3-4 record after their 60-14 non-league loss to Buchanan (Buchanan, MI).
