The Davenport Gorillas (Davenport, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Waterville Shockers (Waterville, WA), 64-36 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Gorillas now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Christian School for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. Davenport will play a Crusaders team coming off a 61-23 non-league win over Chewelah (Chewelah, WA). The Crusaders record now stands at 11-1.
With the loss, Waterville falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Shockers host Pateros (Pateros, WA) to play the Billygoats/Nannies in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. The Billygoats/Nannies go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
