The Pittsburg Pirates (Pittsburg, CA) soccer overwhelmed the visiting College Park Falcons (Pleasant Hill, CA), 5-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Pirates now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Freedom for a Bay Valley challenge on Friday, January 10.
With the loss, College Park moves to 2-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to Concord (Concord, CA) to encounter the Bears in a Diablo - Valley challenge on Tuesday, January 7. The Bears go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Concord 1-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA)
