With the triumph, Pittsburg advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Pirates host Pine Tree (Longview, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league test on Thursday, January 9. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 4-0. Pine Tree won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Episcopal School of Dallas (Dallas, TX)

The Cougars now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Brentwood Christian for a non-league test on Friday, February 7.
