The Durand Railroaders (Durand, MI) basketball nipped the host Perry Ramblers (Perry, MI), 68-62 in Wednesday's league test.

The Railroaders (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Hill-McCloy (Montrose, MI). The Rams go into the Mid-Michigan test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Hill-McCloy got by Pinconning (Pinconning, MI), 45-36, in a non-league test.

The Ramblers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lansing Christian for a Greater Lansing test on Friday, January 7. Perry will encounter a Pilgrims squad coming off a 59-28 league loss to Olivet (Olivet, MI). The Pilgrims record now stands at 0-2.
