Allentown Redbirds (Allentown, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), 86-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Allentown upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Redbirds travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, NJ) to clash with the Hornets in a Colonial Valley bout on Friday, January 6. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Hamilton won 60-45 in their recent league bout against West Windsor-Plainsboro North (Plainsboro, NJ)

Next up, the Lancers clash with the Salem Rams (Salem, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. LEAP Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 50-41 non-league loss to Collingswood (Collingswood, NJ).
