The Amador Valley Dons basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Sequoia Ravens to 31 in the Dons non-league victory on Thursday.
The Dons now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pitman for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Amador Valley will battle a Pride team coming off a 45-39 non-league win over Sonora (Sonora, CA). The Pride record now stands at 12-3.
The Ravens (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Silver Creek (San Jose, CA). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Silver Creek dropped by Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA), 98-73, in a non-league contest.
