The Navajo Pine Warriors basketball team (Navajo, NM), was routed 50-26 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Capitan Tigers (Capitan, NM)
The Tigers now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cottonwood Classical Prep for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 7. Capitan will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 75-72 non-league loss to Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 4-6.
The Warriors (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Pine Hill (Pine Hill, NM). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Pine Hill was routed by Estancia (Estancia, NM), 66-51, in a non-league battle.
