The Centennial Cougars (Franklin, TN) basketball crushed the visiting Cincinnati Country Day Nighthawks (Cincinnati, OH), 63-37 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Brentwood (Brentwood, TN). The Bruins go into the 4A District 11 test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Brentwood walloped Nolensville (Nolensville, TN), 57-54, in a non-league test.

The Nighthawks now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lockland for a Freelance test on Friday, January 6. Cincinnati Country Day will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 79-45 league loss to Cincinnati Christian (Fairfield, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 7-3.
