Minnesota High School Basketball - Centennial knocked off by Forest Lake

The Forest Lake Rangers basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Centennial Cougars to 51 in the Rangers league triumph on Thursday.
The Rangers now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Ridge for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Forest Lake will battle a Raptors team coming off a 65-60 league win over White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN). The Raptors record now stands at 4-4.
The Cougars (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Blaine (Blaine, MN). The Bengals enter the AAAA Section 7 contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Blaine ran past Bemidji (Bemidji, MN), 87-75, in a non-league contest.
