In Thursday's league outing, the Green Street Academy Chargers (Baltimore, MD) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Coppin Academy Golden Eagles (Baltimore, MD), by a count of 77-42.
The Chargers (3-8) will now prepare for their outing against KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 0-10 record. In their last outing, KIPP College Prep was crushed by Bethel Academy (Manassas, VA), 87-51, in a non-league outing.
The Golden Eagles now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Forest Park for a Baltimore City outing on Wednesday, January 11.
