The Hulbert Riders basketball team (Hulbert, OK), was routed 68-46 in Thursday's league battle with the host Nowata Ironmen (Nowata, OK)
The Ironmen now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kansas for a Five Lakes battle on Friday, January 6. Nowata will battle a Comets team coming off a 40-35 non-league win over Jay (Jay, OK). The Comets record now stands at 4-1.
The Riders (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Oaks-Mission (Oaks, OK). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Oaks-Mission trounced Braggs (Braggs, OK), 57-51, in a non-league battle.
