Tarbut V' Torah Lions (Irvine, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Liberty Christian Minutemen (Huntington Beach, CA), 93-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Tarbut V' Torah upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Eastside Christian (Fullerton, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-14. Eastside Christian lost 80-63 in their recent non-league bout against Santa Clarita Christian (Canyon Country, CA)

Next up, the Minutemen play the Acaciawood Golden Eagles (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Liberty Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 53-36 non-league win over Crossroads Christian (Corona, CA).
