The Northwest Yeshiva Lions basketball team (Mercer Island, WA), was nudged 45-38 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Northwest Christian Wolverines (Lacey, WA)
The Wolverines now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Concordia Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 10. Northwest Christian will confront a Hawks team coming off a 46-45 non-league loss to Concrete (Concrete, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-7.
The Lions (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pope John Paul II (Lacey, WA). The Eagles come into the 1B/2B Sea-Tac battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Pope John Paul II was nudged by Puget Sound Adventist (Kirkland, WA), 79-59, in a league battle.
