Washington High School Basketball - Winlock can't hold off Onalaska

The Onalaska Loggers basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Winlock Cardinals to 54 in the Loggers league victory on Thursday.
The Loggers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pe Ell for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Onalaska will battle a Trojans team coming off a 60-46 league loss to Naselle (Naselle, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-6.
The Cardinals (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wahkiakum (Cathlamet, WA). The Mules come into the 2B Central contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Wahkiakum edged Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA), 73-51, in a non-league contest.
