    The Parish Episcopal Panthers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host St. Mark's Lions to 41 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.

    The Panthers now sport a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prestonwood Christian for a TAPPS 6A District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 10. Parish Episcopal will battle a Lions team coming off a 68-56 league win over John Paul II (Plano, TX). The Lions record now stands at 17-5.

    The Lions (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Connally (Waco, TX). The Cadets come into the non-league contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, Connally prevailed over Ignite Eagles (Round Rock, TX), 66-43, in a non-league contest.
