In Thursday's non-league outing, the Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) basketball squad felled the visiting Belgrade Panthers (Belgrade, MT), by a margin of 65-48.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Huntley Project (Worden, MT). The Red Devils go into the non-league outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, Huntley Project thwarted Lodge Grass (Lodge Grass, MT), 68-53, in a non-league outing.
The Panthers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bozeman for a AA Eastern outing on Saturday, January 7. Belgrade will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 65-34 league loss to Billings West (Billings, MT). The Hawks record now stands at 0-4.
