The Hornets now possess a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Astoria/VIT for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 7. Brown County will confront a Rebels team coming off a 56-23 non-league loss to Lewistown (Lewistown, IL). The Rebels record now stands at 8-9.

The Spartans (0-16) will now prepare for their battle against Carrollton (Carrollton, IL). The Hawks come into the Western Illinois Valley battle with a 13-2 record.
