The Cromwell Cardinals basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves to 55 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cardinals now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McGregor for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9. Cromwell will meet a Mercuries team coming off a 87-18 non-league loss to South Ridge (Culver, MN). The Mercuries record now stands at 3-7.
