The Jones Longhorns basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Marshall Bears to 21 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Longhorns now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alva for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6.

The Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK). The Spartans enter the All-City contest with a 0-2 record.
