The McCracken County Mustangs basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Massac County Patriots to 48 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10.

The Patriots (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Goreville (Goreville, IL). The Blackcats come into the non-league contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Goreville prevailed over Anna-Jonesboro (Anna, IL), 51-28, in a non-league contest.
