The Glen Burnie Gophers basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Arundel Wildcats to 4 in the Gophers league triumph on Thursday.
The Gophers now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Severna Park for a contest on Tuesday, January 10. Glen Burnie will meet a Falcons team coming off a 35-23 league win over South River (Edgewater, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 10-0.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chesapeake (Pasadena, MD). The Cougars enter the contest with a 6-4 record.
