With the win, Winter Springs upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bears host Hagerty (Oviedo, FL) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 14-1. Hagerty won 68-51 in their recent non-league bout against Oviedo (Oviedo, FL)

Next up, the Barracudas clash with the University Titans (Orange City, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. New Smyrna Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 42-33 non-league loss to Mount Dora (Mount Dora, FL).
