Florida High School Basketball - Redeemer Christian can't hold off Seven Rivers Christian

The Seven Rivers Christian Warriors basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Redeemer Christian Lions to 32 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Universal Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Seven Rivers Christian will battle a Falcons team coming off a 53-36 non-league loss to Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL). The Falcons record now stands at 1-2.

The Lions (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Umatilla (Umatilla, FL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Umatilla was nudged by Upperman (Baxter, TN), 51-40, in a non-league contest.
