In Friday's non-league outing, the Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) basketball squad felled the host Petersburg Crimson Wave (Petersburg, VA), by a margin of 60-40.
The Patriots (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Bulldogs go into the Jefferson outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Goochland was beaten by Louisa County (Mineral, VA), 65-36, in a league outing.
