South Dakota High School Basketball - Canistota overwhelms Alcester-Hudson

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Canistota Hawks (Canistota, SD) and the host Alcester-Hudson Cubs (Alcester, SD), saw Canistota's basketball squad wallop Alcester-Hudson by a tally of 60-25.
With the victory, Canistota improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Ethan (Ethan, SD) to confront the Rustlers in a B Region 3 challenge on Friday, January 12. The Rustlers come into the challenge with a record of 8-1.
Next up, the Cubs confront the Viborg/Hurley Cougars (Viborg, SD) in a B Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Alcester-Hudson will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 76-54 non-league win over Hanson (Alexandria, SD).
