In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Park Crossing Thunderbirds basketball team scored a good 67-58 triumph over the Andalusia Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds meet the Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL) in a 6A Area 4 match, on Tuesday, January 9. Park Crossing will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 11-5 record after their 57-45 league win over Pike Road (Pike Road, AL).
