The Falcons now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Van Meter for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 6. Aplington-Parkersburg will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-45 league win over Ogden (Ogden, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.

The Mustangs (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The Rebels come into the North Iowa Cedar - West battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Gladbrook-Reinbeck beat Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA), 55-48, in a non-league battle.
