The Bellefonte Raiders basketball team (Bellefonte, PA), was overwhelmed 74-40 in Friday's league battle with the host Greater Johnstown Trojans (Johnstown, PA)

The Trojans now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Richland for a Laurel Highlands battle on Monday, January 8. Greater Johnstown will confront a Rams team coming off a 54-38 league win over Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA). The Rams record now stands at 6-5.

The Raiders (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA). The Blue Devils come into the Laurel Highlands battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Bellwood-Antis was overwhelmed by Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA), 62-41, in a league battle.
