With the win, Blooming Prairie upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Awesome Blossoms travel to Triton (Dodge Center, MN) to clash with the Cobras in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Cobras go into the bout with a record of 7-4.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Enderlin Eagles (Enderlin, ND) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Maple River will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 59-34 non-league loss to Maple Valley (Tower City, ND).
