The Buchanan Bucks trounced the visiting Climax-Scotts Panthers basketball team by a tally of 61-31 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Bucks now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berrien Springs for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - Red battle on Tuesday, January 9. Buchanan will confront a Shamrocks team coming off a 55-45 non-league win over Lawton (Lawton, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 3-3.
The Panthers (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Bellevue (Bellevue, MI). The Broncos come into the Southern Central battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Bellevue trounced Burr Oak (Burr Oak, MI), 65-40, in a league battle.
