In their next game, the Mustangs face the Eastern Vikings (Voorhees, NJ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 6. Mainland Regional will attempt to move on its 9-0 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 8-1 record after their 76-54 non-league win over Glassboro (Glassboro, NJ).

With the defeat, Cedar Creek moves to 0-11 on the year. The Pirates travel to Holy Spirit (Absecon, NJ) to face the Spartans in a Cape/Atlantic - National game on Sunday, January 7. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 1-9. Holy Spirit lost 46-35 in their recent league game against Absegami (Galloway, NJ)
