Oregon High School Basketball - South Medford can't hold off Central Catholic

The South Medford Panthers basketball team (Medford, OR), was nudged 71-68 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Central Catholic Rams (Portland, OR)
The Rams now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clackamas for a 6A Mt. Hood battle on Tuesday, January 9. Central Catholic will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 65-51 non-league win over Aloha (Beaverton, OR). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-8.
The Panthers (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Roseburg (Roseburg, OR). The Indians come into the 6A Southwest battle with a 7-3 record.
