With the victory, Ridgeview improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Tri-Valley (Downs, IL) to confront the Vikings in a Heart of Illinois challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 13-4. Tri-Valley lost 51-36 in their recent league challenge against El Paso-Gridley (El Paso, IL)

Next up, the Cyclones confront the Beardstown Tigers (Beardstown, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Cornerstone Christian will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 67-31 non-league loss to Tremont (Tremont, IL).
