The David Douglas Scots (Portland, OR) basketball knocked off the visiting Glencoe Crimson Tide (Hillsboro, OR), 67-49 in Friday's non-league test.
The Scots (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Sandy (Sandy, OR). The Pioneers go into the 6A Mt. Hood test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Sandy notched a victory over Newberg (Newberg, OR), 55-47, in a non-league test.
The Crimson Tide now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a 6A Pacific test on Tuesday, January 9. Glencoe will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 71-62 non-league loss to Southridge (Beaverton, OR). The Falcons record now stands at 8-3.
