Wyoming High School Basketball - Douglas can't hold off East

The East Thunderbirds basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Douglas Bearcats to 56 in the Thunderbirds non-league victory on Friday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evanston for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. East will battle a Devils team coming off a 60-36 non-league win over South (Cheyenne, WY). The Devils record now stands at 5-3.
The Bearcats (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Natrona County (Casper, WY). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, Natrona County edged Rock Springs (Rock Springs, WY), 82-54, in a non-league contest.
