California High School Basketball - Esperanza ripped by Foothill

In Friday's non-league match, the host Foothill Knights basketball team scored a decisive 81-50 triumph over the Esperanza Aztecs.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Windward Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 6. Foothill will attempt to better on its 12-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 14-3 record after their 85-43 league win over Viewpoint (Calabasas, CA).

With the defeat, Esperanza moves to 7-13 on the year. The Aztecs host Canyon (Anaheim, CA) to meet the Comanches in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 9. The Comanches enter the match with a record of 13-4.
