The Festus Tigers (Festus, MO) basketball knocked off the visiting Seckman Jaguars (Imperial, MO), 66-56 in Friday's non-league test.

The Tigers (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, MO). The Hawks go into the Jefferson County - Large test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Hillsboro went down by Windsor (Imperial, MO), 56-49, in a league test.

The Jaguars now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Mehlville for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9. Seckman will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 54-50 non-league win over McCluer North (Florissant, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 4-8.
