With the win, Geneva upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The host John Paul II (Corpus Christi, TX) to play the Centurions in a TAPPS 4A District 3 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Centurions go into the bout with a record of 12-16. John Paul II lost 51-34 in their recent league bout against Incarnate Word Academy (Corpus Christi, TX)

Next up, the Knights play the Veritas Academy (Austin, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 3 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Holy Cross will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The go into the bout with a 13-10 record after their 69-41 league loss to John Paul II (New Braunfels, TX).
