Greenway Raiders (Coleraine, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Littlefork-Big Falls Vikings (Littlefork, MN), 75-72 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Greenway upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Raiders host South Ridge (Culver, MN) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-9. South Ridge lost 77-38 in their recent league bout against Cromwell (Cromwell, MN)

Next up, the Vikings play the Northland Eagles (Remer, MN) in a A Section 7 bout, on Monday, January 8. Littlefork-Big Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 97-42 non-league win over Mesabi East (Aurora, MN).
