Florida High School Basketball - St. Johns Country Day tops Harvest Community

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Johns Country Day Spartans (Orange Park, FL) and the visiting Harvest Community Warriors (Jacksonville, FL), saw St. Johns Country Day's basketball squad knock off Harvest Community by a count of 77-58.

With the victory, St. Johns Country Day upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to St. Joseph Academy (St. Augustine, FL) to play the Flashes in a 2A District 3 challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Flashes come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. St. Joseph Academy won 57-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Harvest Community (Jacksonville, FL)

Next up, the Warriors play the Fletcher Senators (Neptune Beach, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Harvest Community will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Senators come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 52-39 non-league loss to Riverside (Jacksonville, FL).
