Loveland Tigers (Loveland, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Walnut Hills Eagles (Cincinnati, OH), 49-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Loveland upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Tigers host Lebanon (Lebanon, OH) to play the Warriors in a Eastern Cincinnati bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Lebanon won 74-53 in their recent non-league bout against Springboro (Springboro, OH)

Next up, the Eagles play the Milford Eagles (Milford, OH) in a Eastern Cincinnati bout, on Friday, January 12. Walnut Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 49-46 non-league loss to Goshen (Goshen, OH).
