In Friday's non-league outing, the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC) basketball squad felled the host River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC), by a margin of 63-52.
The Diamond Hornets (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC). The Bearcats go into the AAA Region 5 outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, Brookland-Cayce thwarted Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC), 47-43, in a non-league outing.
