In Friday's league outing, the MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Yellow Medicine East Sting (Granite Falls, MN), by a margin of 82-34.

The Wolverines (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN). The Eagles go into the A Section 3 outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Lac qui Parle Valley was trounced by Canby (Canby, MN), 82-59, in a league outing.

The Sting now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Tracy-Milroy-Balaton for a A Section 3 outing on Tuesday, January 9. Yellow Medicine East will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 67-60 league win over Murray County Central (Slayton, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 6-5.
