Manchester West Blue Knights (Manchester, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sanborn Regional Indians (Kingston, NH), 70-57 in a league bout.

With the win, Manchester West upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Blue Knights travel to Pelham (Pelham, NH) to play the Pythons in a Division II bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Pythons go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Pelham lost 55-54 in their recent league bout against Pembroke (Pembroke, NH)

Next up, the Indians play the Oyster River Bobcats (Durham, NH) in a Division II bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Sanborn Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 63-23 league win over Bishop Brady (Concord, NH).
