The Wayne Falcons (Corydon, IA) basketball walloped the host Nodaway Valley Wolverines (Greenfield, IA), 73-46 in Friday's league bout.
With the win, Wayne upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Falcons host Central Decatur (Leon, IA) to clash with the Cardinals in a Pride of Iowa bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Central Decatur won 65-56 in their recent non-league bout against Davis County (Bloomfield, IA)
