California High School Basketball - North topples Steele Canyon

In Friday's non-league outing, the North Saxons (Torrance, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA), by a count of 65-47.
The Saxons (15-4) will now prepare for their outing against Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA). The Wolves go into the Pioneer outing with a 14-4 record.
The Cougars now hold a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Miguel for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 6. Steele Canyon will clash with a Matadors squad coming off a 76-23 non-league win over Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 10-6.
