Kentucky High School Basketball - Scott tops Pendleton County

Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY), 66-50 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Scott upgrades its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY) to play the Thorobreds in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Thorobreds come into the bout with a record of 3-9.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Benton Rangers (Benton, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Pendleton County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Rangers come into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 69-53 non-league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY).
