The Platt Panthers basketball team (Meriden, CT), was toppled 85-69 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT)
The Warriors now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conard for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. Windsor will confront a Red Wolves team coming off a 59-47 non-league loss to East Catholic (Manchester, CT). The Red Wolves record now stands at 2-4.
The Panthers (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Middletown (Middletown, CT). The Blue Dragons come into the Central Connecticut - South Colonial battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Middletown was toppled by Farmington (Farmington, CT), 56-51, in a non-league battle.
